Malaysia is not part of the Apostille Convention, so certificates used abroad must go through a chain of certification in Malaysia before the destination country accepts them. This is one of the most confusing parts of applying, and we handle it for you.
What is included
- Checking which documents your university and visa need
- Certification of SPM, STPM and other certificates by the relevant Malaysian education authority
- Attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Wisma Putra)
- Legalisation at the embassy of the destination country
- Certified translation into Russian, Polish or Bahasa Indonesia where required
- Other Malaysian documents for your application, such as birth certificate and passport copies
